Dillon Mollinet is an IT Support Specialist with A1FCU. Located in Ridgecrest, California, Mollinet has an in-depth knowledge of standard information technologies and systems.

Originally from Tigard, Oregon, Dillon Mollinet started his career working as an Assistant Manager for a Grocery Outlet located in Newberg. Throughout his five years at the grocery store, Dillon effectively planned and directed all daily operations. A trusted leader to many, Dillon consistently ensured that all customers’ needs were met. He effectively resolved any customer complaints while simultaneously providing quick and efficient service from his team. As the Assistant Manager, Dillon verified all products and displays were appropriately merchandised to maximize the store’s sales and overall profitability. 

In July of 2013, Dillon left the Grocery Outlet for a position with Harbor Freight Tools. As their Operations Assistant Manager, Mollinet expertly delegated employees’ responsibilities to ensure the business was both effective and efficient. During this time, Dillon was responsible for screening new applicants and interviewing potential hires. Mollinet was regularly in charge of company payroll in addition to submitting the store’s order for merchandise. By February of 2016, Mollinet opted for a career change and accepted a teller position with HomeStreet Bank. For the next two years, Dillon performed daily services such as processing deposits, withdrawals, holds, loan payments, stop payments, telephone transfers, direct deposits, cash advances, verification of deposit, Debit card requests, wire transfers, and other related matters. He successfully balanced drawers and vaults independently and per HomeStreet’s compliance policy. In his time with HomeStreet Bank, Dillon effectively managed daily branch balancing, supply orders, and monthly reports.

By March of 2018, Dillon Mollinet moved to Ridgecrest, California, and began working for his current company, A1FCU. As a Member Service Specialist for the credit union, Mollinet effectively made sales and recommendations for products and services that best suit members’ needs. As a primary point of contact for members, Mollinet efficiently and accurately responds to members, offers solutions, and ensures members feel supported and valued. After a few short months, Dillon was promoted to his current role as an IT Support Specialist. With an in-depth knowledge of company technologies and systems, Mollinet can communicate complex concepts to members in a more digestible manner. Responsible for troubleshooting common IT problems, Dillon assumes remote control of customer’s computers whenever necessary. As a seasoned employee of the company, Dillon often trains new IT employees to install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

A self-sufficient professional with several years of customer service experience, Dillon Mollinet has been a vital component of the A1FCU team. Proficient in technical support, management, leadership, and operations, Dillon Mollinet has leveraged his experience and skill set with each new venture. With a greater interest in IT, Dillon is currently pursuing continued education and certifications. Outside of his career, Dillon Mollinet is a frequent disc golf player.
